FAccT Finding: AI Takeaways from ACM FAccT 2025
This June, I attended the FAccT (Fairness, Accountability and Transparency) Conference hosted by the Association for Computing Machinery in Athens, Greece to learn about new advances in Responsible AI from an interdisciplinary community of researchers from computer science, law, social sciences, and humanities. The conference featured research on both traditional fairness in machine learning and generative AI safety, and in addition, included legal discussions of AI law.
